I use Evernote as my digital notebook. One feature that I found lacking was a way to move email messages from Apple Mail to Evernote. The formal process for doing this involves forwarding the message to a unique email address. Unfortunately, this often left me with messy notes, and add a bunch of junk that isn’t helpful.
I was able to find an AppleScript that I could trigger manually that created a nice readable note with all attachments included, but it required the installation of Growl, and could be set up to run as a rule triggered by Mail Act-on, one of the components of SmallCubed’s MailSuite. So, I decided to try my hand at tweaking the script to work for me.
