FDA Removes Warning from Chantix

The quit smoking aid Chantix has had a serious warning label about links to suicide and mental health problems since 2009 .

Today, Pfizer, the maker of Chantix, (link behind a paywall) announced that the FDA has lifted the requirement that the medication carry that warning after failing to find a link between the medication and suicide, depression, or hostile behavior .
